Digital Marketing is the cumulative online plan to drive business growth for your company. Over the years, digital marketing has become a much more complex process. It involves improving your on-page SEO, off-page SEO, guest blogging, content generation and more. How is the average business owner supposed to know or have the time to come up with and implement a comprehensive plan? They don’t and that’s where we come in.
Here at Bold City Design, our focus is on organic on-page and off-page SEO. The type of work this involves will include the following depending on your plan selection:
- Research – You can’t have success if you don’t know how to define success. Setting goals for your search engine ranking is a process of researching keywords & your competitors. Sometimes the keywords that you think you want to rank for actually don’t produce the highest conversion rates. Our keyword analysis will answer a lot of these questions.
- Google Search Console – Search Console is a Google product that allows website owners to review their website as Google sees it. It can help find/diagnose pages that Google may not be ranking, allows you to see trends in your search performance, clicks, and so much more.
- XML Sitemaps – Think of this like a blueprint of your website in a standard format that a Google bot can understand. If you don’t have one created, we’ll do it for you and make sure it’s regularly getting read by search engines.
- On-Page SEO – Does Google even understand what you do? Before we start throwing money at blog posts, content creation, backlink building, etc., we have to make sure Google (and other search engines) understand your website. This is called on-page SEO and ensures that the robots coming to your site to read your data are able to properly understand everything. This is done through meta titles, descriptions, content editing, schema markup and more.
- Content Writing – If you become a great source of information for your target market, Google will send people there. Creating original, on-topic blog content to help build up your site’s reputation is key to organic growth.
- Link Building – Getting other websites to link back to your site and therefore building it as an authoritative source. Sound difficult? It can be, but the results are well worth it!
- Local Citations, Location Pages, Mini-authoritative sites, & more – We have a lot of tools we use to get your website ranked.
Organic SEO plans generally start at $149/month and can go up to $1,500/month depending on the type of business, the stage of your website (brand new website vs established), the speed in which you require results, and the level of competition for your service/product.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do your SEO plans include a long-term contract?
Generally speaking, no. Our goal is to earn your business every month so we do not lock you into contracts. We require 30 days notice to wind down your plan.
In some rare occasions, there may be an exception to this but it would be something transparently discussed with the client.

If I decide to cancel my plan, will I lose my ranking?
No, everything we do for you will remain if you ever cancel your plan. However, search engine optimization is kind of like going to the gym. If you stop, you’ll maintain your strength initially but over time it may fade if not improved upon.

When will I start seeing results?
This will depend on the plan you choose as well as the current state of your website. We can give you a better idea based on your situation but an average number would be between 2-4 months.

What’s the difference between these plans and pay-per-click marketing?
Our search engine optimization (SEO) plans offered in this document are designed to grow your organic search ranking. These are the results you see on search engines that are not considered ads but rather the best results naturally for that search term. Organic SEO is the best long-term approach to gaining credibility as once you gain ranking, you do not pay anything for the clicks you receive. The only downside to organic SEO is it takes some time to establish.
Pay-per-click (PPC marketing) is a different type of campaign where you pay each and every time somebody clicks on your ad. PPC marketing is a way to achieve instantaneous results but in almost all cases results in a much, much higher cost of acquisition per custom (often times 10X higher).
