Web application development is the backend systems & portals that power how business gets done.  As we continue to move into a more remote and technology-based work environment, application development is critical to streamline processes, improve customer interaction, protect sensitive information, handle billing and so much more.  Most of us use web applications every single day whether we know it or not.

Custom CRM For Sports Agent

A successful sports agent wanted a custom CRM application to manage his athletes.  After using some of the existing CRMs on the market, he found that none of them did everything he needed to work as efficiently as possible.  An investment into a custom CRM was most cost-effective for him over the long term as it allowed him to streamline his business and allow his athletes to self-manage their own profiles/accounts.  The CRM also included a public-facing athlete profile which provided a way to market his portfolio of athletes under management.  The CRM also included athlete-only access to new content and automatic email notifications to inform athletes of upcoming events and happenings.

Private Investigator Case System

A private investigation company needed a custom case system built out that allowed them to track and control access to cases & assignments within a secure web portal.  The case system was broken into two user levels, administrators and investigators.  Administrators had the capability to add new cases and assignments and assign investigators to these specific cases.  Investigators then had the ability to access the cases assigned to them, add notes, media, reports and more.  Over time, additional modules were added including the ability to track timesheets submitted by investigators for billing and automatically send out email updates to clients with the investigator’s notes.  This custom application streamlined their processes and enabled the entire team to work more efficiently.

E-Learning Platform

A client needed a frontend & backend system for an e-learning system they were creating.  There was a sign-up process that included recurring billing along with a backend that was unlocked after payment.  The backend included a video learning system where members were pushed from video to video.  Once every video was successfully watched in full, they unlocked a quiz that had to be completed (and passed) before being able to print a certificate of completion.  The entire system was custom built allowing for flexibility and expandability in the future.

Employee Training System

A growing Jacksonville company needed a way to better onboard their new hires.  They had created a step-by-step process of onboarding videos but needed a better way to make them accessible to new or existing employees.  We were brought in to create that system.  Each new employee received a login which granted them access to the video library.  Each employee saw different onboarding materials based on their role in the company.  This was defined by user tags that were assigned to each user by administrators.  The system was very modular in the sense that we could build in more features as the client desired.
