The Robertson Firm
The Robertson Firm approached Bold City with a problem. They were receiving good traffic, but that wasn’t converting to clients or even leads. Why? After extensive research, we determined that the site was not effectively communicating the services that The Robertson Firm provided.
Bold City came up with storyboards that outlined the funnel visitors would take to move through the site to a completed form. We then implemented these ideas by first asking visitors to select which best describes them. This then provided associated services based on their situation.
The result was an instant increase in form conversions throughout the site.
