Campus Essentials

Campus Essentials is a membership based site that is a mix between Facebook and Craigslist. The site is designed to cater to students and members are required to sign-up using .edu email addresses. Once signed in, students can engage with other students within their school and surrounding areas.

The website also contains a business aspect that allows marketers to sign-up and market to the college student audience.

Bold City developed the site from scratch with 100% custom functionality. Built using WordPress and the BuddyPress extension, Campus Essentials is a mostly automated site. Integrated with Stripe for payment processing and custom crons to handle the day to day repetitive tasks.
