Arrivala

Arrivala is a product developed by Bold City to be used by small and medium-sized businesses across the country.  Arrivala automates the online review collection process and distributes those reviews across Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Zillow and 40+ additional platforms.

Bold City Design designed and developed the entire product in-house.  This included the frontend website you see on arrivala.com as well as the backend that handles the automated review collection.

Arrivala is a highly sophisticated website that involved the integration of several third-party services through the use of APIs.  This included Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for text message notifications and WordPress Multi-site to handle the control panel.
